Buy a sock, give a sock

The socks had loads of character but the packaging had none and the socks were not always sent in a box! Wanting to follow through on the brand promise and improve the customer experience, Yes/No was commissioned.

Working with and building on existing assets, we created a packaging style that better reflected the brand's personality with a focus on sustainability and charity partners. We developed a series of pattern designs based on the bold and vibrant style of the socks; a series of graphic assets that could be used to establish a visual language for the brand, not just for the packaging but across all marketing channels. Alongside the fun and memorable copywriting, the solution included printing a range of box sizes to suit all quantities, adaptable stickers and one-colour printing to keep it affordable. All resulting in a much-improved customer experience.
