Roamer are experienced, off-grid adventure pioneers. As well as their expertise in building custom, 4WD vehicles for adventure ski/sun holidays in the alps, they also design an innovative range of lithium batteries for off-grid living.

A sense of identity
Yes/No, was approached by Steve and Kate, the owners of an Instagram account documenting their travels through Europe in their hand-crafted yellow camper van "Homer the Roamer." The account had quickly grown to over 10,000 followers, and Steve and Kate recognized the opportunity for a strong lifestyle brand in the market. Yes/No was tasked with developing a visual identity for the brand.

Simple, striking and timeless
The shape of the curve was informed by the ancient symbol and philosophy of yin and yang, representing the duality in the natural world, embodying the spirit of adventure and celebrating the call of the wild and conceptually meeting the original brief. We crafted this concept to create a clean and contemporary icon coupled with a bold and confident work mark. The result is a simple, striking and timeless logo design that is easily recognised on a variety of backgrounds, products, sizes and channels.
